Do you offer custom orders?

Can I request a different size?
In most cases, yes. Many necklaces and bracelets can be adjusted to be longer or shorter depending on your needs. Just send me a message with the size you’re looking for, and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
Can this be made in a different color?
Sometimes! It depends on the design and the materials I currently have available. If you have a specific color in mind, feel free to reach out with the details and I’ll see what I can do.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly—and that’s part of what makes it special.
Many pieces are made with natural gemstones, and no two stones are ever exactly alike. Variations in color, pattern, and texture are completely natural and part of their beauty. Even Czech glass beads—known for their consistency—can have slight variations from piece to piece.
I do my best to create each item to closely match the photos, but every piece is handcrafted and truly one of a kind.

What is your processing time?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged before it makes its way to you.
How long does shipping take?
I ship all orders via USPS with tracking. Delivery times typically range from 1–7 days depending on your location, though delays can occasionally occur.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time I only ship within the United States.

What materials do you use?
I primarily use stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic and tarnish resistant—perfect for everyday wear. I also incorporate antique bronze, gunmetal, and black electroplated components in some designs, depending on the style and aesthetic of the piece.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, a little care goes a long way.
While stainless steel components are durable and tarnish resistant, natural gemstones and other materials should be treated more gently. It’s best to avoid prolonged exposure to water, including swimming, bathing, or hot tubs, as well as contact with chemicals like perfumes or lotions.
If cleaning is needed, use mild soap, water, and a soft brush, then dry thoroughly.
With proper care, your piece will stay beautiful for years to come.
